Considering that Natalia Harper didn't work at the animal clinic, or even have a pet, she sure was there quiet often. Evans and Natalia had been always been friends. Since Evans' parents both ran the animal clinic and supplied the hunters (and even the supernatural) of the town with things like Wolfsbane, and Natalia came from a family of hunters, the two girls had known each other since they were little kids- they'd be told to go and play together whenever the Harpers and Rose's were having any kind of meeting, or just buying and selling. She knew the other two Harper kids, too- Rose and Alex- but Rose was to young for her to really be friends with, and she was friends with Alex, but it was Natalia she got on with best. She was one of the few people that Natalia had stayed in touch with after she'd abandoned high school, not that she had much choice, but she was sure she would have stayed friends with her even if she didn't have to because of business.
Evans had heard all about the new rouge werewolf attack- the whole town had, really, through the murders of Bobbi and Charlie, but most of them didn't know if was the result of werewolves- and she had made sure to stock up on everything the town hunters could possibly need like wolfsbane, mountain ash and mistletoe. She was also preparing herself for being called on to go missions with the other hunters of the town, too, since, even though she wasn't a hunter, she did sometimes go on them for back up when needed. It hadn't gotten to that point yet, though, as the hunters hadn't thought up a proper plan- though she had heard about one of the Little girls going off by herself and ending up in hospital (idiot).
Natalia was currently at the clinic again, sitting behind the front desk with Evans, and they were just chatting since there was no one there that needed to be helped at the moment, music playing in the background. "We should get drinks later" She said, her feat up on the desk as she rocked side to side on her chair "or, actually, you can come to mine and we can get pizza and watch a film" She added.

Here was the thing, Natalia didn't have many friends and that was fine with her, she didn't have the time and couldn't be bothered with the effort of it all (especially after high school) but the couple of friends she did have, she loved. Evans was one of them, the little bugger. The girl hadn't allowed Natalia to forget about her or ignore her and leave her behind after Natalia ditched Beacon Hills. These days Natalia was glad for it. With the recent attacks though, Natalia couldn't help but worry for Evans, Sam hell even Rose and Alex because if they were hurt, if she lost them, then she could be the one going rogue.
The attacks were something Natalia, Alex and Sam were trying to figure out and they knew they weren't the only ones. Jade was an example of it, the idiot. What had possessed the girl to go out in the middle of the night like that was beyond even Natalia, especially after Rose had warned her to be careful. Still, if Jade survived (maybe with Sabrina's help but hey) then there was hope for others too. Everyone was tense and on high alert, the oblivious humans of the town were putting it does as two separate, completely unrelated deaths whereas the hunters and packs in the town were plotting, trying to stop the rogue pack before they attacked again. They needed time though and a way to come up with more information.
The animal clinic was one of Natalia's favourite places to just go and maybe that was because she'd known it for a long time but stepping through the doors and seeing Evans doing no work (shock) was like coming to a second home. She'd been there for half an hour or so when Evans suggested doing something that night. "Pizza, a film and I'll bring shots." Natalia replied with a wink knowing full well she could outdrink Evans due to her werewolf body, still them drunk was never not fun. "As long as the movies not a romcom though, Rose and her friend Iris watch them all the damn time and I have to see the same bland white actors do the same plot again, I might actually chug a whole bottle of vodka."

Evans knew that Natalia needed to wind down. All the hunters in Beacon Hills knew about the rouge pack and they'd been tirelessly trying to come up with some kind of plan to a) not get anyone else killed, and b) defeat the pack. So far they'd with nothing, but Evans still knew that they'd been working hard, so she was going to make sure Natalia relaxed, even if it was only for an evening. "We could watch a romcom, and take a shot every time we cringe" She laughed. Evans would be gone in no time, though it would take Natalia longer to get drunk because of her being a werewolf and all, but she was pretty sure that drinking game would get the job done.
"We could even invite more people if you want, have a little party" She shrugged. Evans had changed a lot since her big party days where she'd throw massive parties, or deliberately tracked down massive parties, but sh still enjoyed little get togethers. Still, if Natalia wanted to stay in with just Evans to watch a film she was 100% okay with that too.

Natalia laughed, shaking her head at Evans' suggestion, "I'd be taking a shot every 5 seconds then." She mused, thinking back to the last completely forgettable rom-com she'd somehow ended up watching despite her better judgement. Spinning the chair she was sat on idly from side to side, Natalia could hear muted noises from the back of the clinic, some cats and dogs who were staying there after treatments. Natalia never put herself down as a huge pet person, after all, she had Alex and Rose to take care of before adding a furry think that couldn't speak English into the mix. Still, knowing that there were creatures out there which had no idea and no recollection of any rogue werewolf pack soothed Natalia's mind. Hopefully one day soon they'd be able to put an end to the killings and fear.
"Do we even have any other friends to invite?" Natalia teased as she playfully lobbed a bit of blue tac at her friend. Just being around Evans bought out another side to her, maybe it was the complete lack of judgement either friend had towards each other or the fact that they'd known each other for years but Natalia just felt comfortable with the other girl. Comfortable enough to actually laugh and joke with her which didn't happen with that many people.

"You say that like it's a bad thing" Evans grinned. It was no secret that Evans enjoyed a drink- she had done ever since she was a teenager, making her way through kegs and spirits at parties, or just hanging out at a friends house drinking pabst blue ribbon, or some other shitty beer as they tried to get themselves through the rough years of teenage-hood. Evans was a completely stereotypical burnout kid- she had a brilliant mind, but it was wasted on her. She would rather spend her time drinking and chilling, not working out mathematical theories or coming up with the next philosophical breakthrough. That wasn't to say she was completely lazy, though, she had her moments, but the amount of work she did in the shelter and in the supernatural world made her moments of laziness justified, or so she thought. She wondered how many times she'd been drunk with Natalia in her life time, they'd known each other since high school, and she was one of the few people Evans had bothered to stay in contact with after she'd dropped out. Together they'd been to a million parties, and made their way through an unhealthy amount of bottles and cans, but there was no way the blue eyed girl would change their story. The girls had been through a lot together, and Evans wouldn't change it for anything.
She laughed, thinking for a second and she swung back and forth on her chair "of couse we do!" she said, letting the words trail off "there's... Alex, and, um, that weird guy who follows him around..." Evans had never properly met Max, only spoken to him in passing. The thought track was cut off as a bit of blue tack hit her, and she rolled her eyes over at Natalia before throwing it back at her.
