This is me swallowing my pride standing in front of you saying I'm sorry for that night
Graduation made thinking about her mom even worse. All she could see was everyone happy with family but here she was. Her emotions going crazy already. Her mom was the rock in her life but she was gone. Abby was devastated by it and honestly living was hard at the moment. Her brother not dad came to her graduation either. She had never felt so alone in her life. She was always so close to her family but she clearly wasnt anymore.
She made her way to the tattoo shop. The picture of the tattoo laying in her hands. It was a picture of the quote 'ohana means family and family means no I've gets left behind.' It was her Mom's favorite movie and quote. She'd always say it when Abby felt really alone. She'd say it during arguments. She's always say it. It had become apart of Abby but now it seemed untrue. Still, for her mom she would get it. She hoped that maybe one day all of that would change. Maybe her and her brother would be as close as they were.
She walked into the shop and walked up to the counter. It was a Wednesday morning so it was pretty empty. She put the picture on the counter. "Hi I would like this tattoo on my collar-Vic," her eyes met the other girl's eyes. She could feel her heart pounding like a drum on her chest. "What're you-um-I should go-," they didn't end on good terms. After Abby lost her mom she just started to give Vic the cold shoulder. Eventually Vic broke up with her. She couldn't stand to even look at Vic. It made her heart pound even faster.

Abby D’aw | Vic had come to Beacon Hills to find Abby, but after searching for the girl for a few days, she realized that she had some work to do before she reunited with the girl. She needed to make a real life for herself. She had to prove to Abby that she was taking some initiative. Getting a job had been easier than she thought it would be, but then again she couldn’t imagine that there were a lot of tattoo artists in Beacon Hills, California. Work was fun for her, but she was doing what she loved. Art had always been something that Vic had a passion for, so it was no surprise when she chose that as her profession.
But that was the easy part. The part that she had yet to figure out was what she would do about hunting. Vic could not imagine her life without hunting, as it was something that she believed wholeheartedly in. As if it couldn’t get any worse, this town was running rampant with werewolves that, by her standards, should be dead. Vic had given up on breaking the code, having a moral crisis after Abby left. But there were still plenty of werewolves in Beacon Hills that had killed humans before, and she couldn’t believe that the hunters hadn’t killed them yet. They would have been dead already if Vic didn’t know that it would make Abby hate her even more.
Though, her decision on how to deal with Abby was going to have to be made much faster than she had imagined because the girl had somehow managed to wander into the studio during her shift. Vic had been distracted at the moment that she had walked in, and she hadn’t even looked up until after Abby had realized who she was. By the time Vic had figured out what was going on, Abby was turning to leave. Vic stood up quickly and rushed around the desk in front of her. “Hey, wait,” she said quickly, shooting a look over her shoulder to Harley, her coworker who had been sitting around waiting for her next client. Vic glanced at the desk quickly and the girl got up to take her place gladly.
Vic rushed after Abby, grabbing her arm to keep her from leaving. Vic wasn’t usually so physical, but she couldn’t let Abby slip through her fingers now. “You don’t have to go.” Vic looked her straight in the eyes, her own eyes begging for her to stay. They needed to talk, and they couldn’t avoid each other now. |

Abby looked up at the girl who had her arm. "I have no reason to stay. I'll just go find another place to get my tattoo," Abby said. She wasnt read to face Vic. She really just hoped she could get away from the girl. Vic was the only person Abby ever loved. She was also the only person that made Abby want to be herself, not bi, just exactly who she was. Now, she couldn't stand to look at Vic, to even be near Vic. The worst part was that it wasnt even Vic's fault-it was hers. Abby ruined it all there was no one to blame but her. Sure, everyone could make the excuse that she only acted the way that she did because her mom died but there was no excuse. Abby broke her own heart and there was no one to blame but herself.
She wanted to say more but what else could she say? She didn't want to remind herself of what she did wrong or who she screwed over. If there was thing Abby hated most it was facing her mistakes. Her mistake not being Vic but ignoring her and she was ready to do it again. She hated herself for it. She didn't get why Vic was here. Vic had a family, a family much closer than Abby's. Abby's family was now split apart. She didn't even know what her family had been up to this past six months. "Why are you here?" Abby asked. She tried not to look her in the eyes so she stared at her shoes. .

It was obvious to Vic that she was the last person that Abby wanted to be seeing in that moment, but she didn't care. She wasn't going to let her get away this time. She would hate herself if she did. "I came here for you," she said, taking Abby's hands in her own and looking at her kindly. "I wanted to show you that I can be better. I know we aren't perfect, but we're meant for each other, Babe." Vic had a habit of calling every girl she was with "babe", and it had gotten her into a good bit of trouble with her exes. But she couldn't help it. Babe was just her term for girls she liked.
Vic was nervous that Abby would reject her, but she knew that even if she did, that wouldn't be the end. Vic was going to prove to Abby that they were meant to be together no matter what it took.

Anny really wanted to pull her hand away but she wasnt able to will herself to do so. She had only seen Vic for not even two minuets and Vic was already doing stuff like tho to her. Abby almost cursed around her breath because she really wanted to let go of the girl's hand. She also didn't get what Vic was saying. They didn't break up because of Vuc get broke up because of Abby. Even when baby didn't want to talk about Vic she still admitted to that.
"We didn't break up because of you and I'm not in a situation were I want to be in a relationship, nonetheless date a hunter," Abby said. She wasnt sure about being friends with any hunters. Xavier's family was the only hunter family but Ben trusted. She trusted his family more than she truste her own. It was really messe up and was the main reason Abby hadnt even true to date. "I'm sorry Vic I really am but it's-it's not gonna happen," Abby made no attempt to move. Her hand still latche with Gic's and she couldn't break we eyes away from their hands.

Abby D’aw | Vic chuckled slightly. “You’re standing in the only tattoo studio within 50 miles of Beacon Hills, Sweetheart,” she said, not that she expected Abby to stay just because of that. But it was the truth, and if there was a sliver of hope that it might change her mind, Vic was going to use it.
She didn’t dare let go of Abby’s hands, knowing that it might have been the only hold that she had on Abby in that moment. And she hadn’t immediately rejected that notion, so she still had some hope that Abby actually wanted to be standing there seeing her. “I’m here because I missed you,” she said honestly. “And I want us to be together. Unless…” It hadn’t occurred to Vic until that moment that she might have had a new girlfriend. That would tear her apart. If she had spent almost two months working to get her life together only to find that it was all for nothing. But she didn’t want to say it for Abby. If Abby had moved on, she was going to have to get the courage to say it.

"I don't want to date a hunter!" Abby said trying to make her point. She felt like no one understood what she was saying. "I don't agree with hunting and I never will. I don't need another person who I love telling me I should be something I hate and that's what's going to happen!" Abby hates raising her voice but she often did it. She knew Vic wasn't asking her to be a hunter but Abby felt like it would lead to that. She already had her brother on her back and she didn't want her girlfriend to be too. She looked over at Vic and unlatch ed their hands. If she held her hand any longer shed probably end up kissing the girl. That was another thing Abby didn't want to do.
She didn't need Vic back in her life. Sure, she missed and the girl and she loved her but Abby felt like it was toxic. They both wanted completely different things. Abby wanted to be happy having nothing to do with the supernatural works and Vic wanted to stop problems in the supernatural world. They were so different that it was a wonder how they even started dating.

Abby D’aw | Vic didn’t understand what Abby was saying. She hadn’t said anything about hunting. “Who said I was a hunter?” Vic asked. “That’s what I’m trying to tell you. I’ve changed. I want to be who you want me to be.” It sounded a lot worse out loud than it did in her head, but she didn’t care. Vic was willing to do whatever she had to in order to win Abby’s heart back, and if that meant giving up hunting, then that’s what she would do. It may not have been part of her plan, but she didn’t mind the idea now that Abby was standing there with her.
“Please,” she begged. “Just please give me another chance.” Vic figured that if Abby rejected her now, it was only because she was in shock. She wished that this could have been done differently, but she had to make it work for right now. If it failed, she would regroup.

This is me swallowing my pride standing in front of you saying I'm sorry for that night
So many emotions seemed to flood Abby at once. Here Vic was promising that she'd change. It was everything Abby could ever dream of but it felt wrong. Vic shouldn't have to change for Abby. Abby didn't want to change for Vic or her brother she wouldn't expect them to change for her. She's rather them just change because they felt it was right not for her or anyone else. They'd always want to do if they changed for someone else. They would never realize what was actually wrong with what they were doing. Abby sighed, she was unite what to do or even how to get Vic to understand what was going on through her strange mind. "I don't want you to change for me. I want you to change because you think it's right to change. I shouldn't be the one to destroy whatever fun you were having or how it made you feel. I don't agree with it but I'd rather you realize why I don't. Rather than just change because its what I want," Abby said. She wasnt exactly sure how her little speech just came out but she thought it came out well. If it didn't then shed just have to think of another way to explain what she meant.

Abby D’aw | Vic thought for a moment, but she understood what Abby was getting at. She didn't want Vic to change for her, but in truth, Vic hadn't really changed at all. Everything she had believed in before, she still believed in. The only thing that she had changed were her habits. "Abby..," she trailed off, trying to think of the right thing to say. "I love you. And I know somewhere in your heart you love me too. I'm not going to change my beliefs for you. That wouldn't be fair to either of us. But if me giving up hunting would make it possible for us to be together, I'd do it in a heartbeat." Vic hoped that her words might change Abby's opinion of her at least a little bit. She wasn't a monster, and she hated the idea that Abby might think of her that way. All Vic had ever wanted to do was protect the people that she cared for most, and Abby was one of those people.

Abby tool a minuet. She was debating this. She really shouldn't have been debating. So many things could go wrong. They would never just be a normal couple. At least, in Abby's mind they'd never be. "I'm sorry..." She said quietly. Her eyes floated downward glancing at her shoes. She couldn't do this. They weren't right for each other and everyone knew that. She knew she could've said yes. A part of her knew that everything would turn out okay. Still, that voice that was telling her everything would go wrong was overriding her emotions.

If there was anything that Vic was known for, it was her wicked temper. The girl had always been easily set off, and Abby had been on the receiving end of that anger many times. Something that angered her more than anything else in the world was not having things go her way, especially when she just completely gave herself up to try to fix things. "Fine then," she said, or rather spat, to Abby. "And there's no need to be sorry, it's not like I really wanted you anyways. I came here to hunt the wolves, and I'll be damned if I don't watch every last one of them die." Vic spun around on her heels and went into another room, closing the door and locking it to give herself some time to cool down. She still had three hours left to work, and she wasn't going to lose her job over this.
