Braydon got in the car and put on his seat belt because safety first he looked at the window and tried to ignore the fact that just being near Blame was making him hard. All he would when they got to the house was make Blake pancakes then go to bed luckily his mom and Taylor weren't home this wee. They were at his dad's funeral somewhere he definitely didn't want to go.

Skylar's eyebrows furrowed, not sure what Jasper was getting at. Sure, he'd done plenty to hurt her and there were many times where she had contemplated giving up on him completely, but she was her closest friend. And she'd fallen hopelessly in love with him, so it really didn't matter what he did to her at this point. But she figured that saying that wasn't going to put his mind at ease, so she threw together a better, but still true, response. "Because I know you," she said. "You do terrible things and you screw people over without even thinking about it, but you're not an evil person. You have good inside of you and that's all that I care about, okay?" Glancing at the ground, Skylar wasn't sure if Jasper was just drunk or if he was about to have another moment like he had at her house the one time. "And I love you," Skylar whispered, barely even able to hear it herself. Whether Jasper heard it or not didn't really matter to her considering he already knew about her feelings (even if mentioning them constantly wasn't the best idea).

Blake had automatically taken the seat next to Braydon, not evening thinking of putting his seatbelt on as he leaned his head against Braydon's shoulder gently. He knew he should be being more careful. After all, it's not like he hadn't just been in a severe car accident... An accident that actually got someone killed. And yet Blake was being equally as reckless yet again, only this time he was high in the back of the car rather than the front, and for some reason he still didn't give that much of a shit, almost all his attention focused on Braydon. Lazily, he ran his fingers over Braydon's leg, not even paying attention to what he was doing, almost a little absent minded when it came to the whole thing.

Braydon picked up the seat belt and tried to put it around Blake. He leaned over to buckle it when Blake's finger grazed against his crotch he pursed his lips and tried not to think about having sex with Blake right now. He didn't bother moving even after he clicked the seat belt he liked the feeling of it.

Jasper's ears pricked up almost immediately as she whispered. Sure, he was drunk, but he was still a werewolf, and no amount of alcohol in his veins was going to prevent him from hearing about as much as he usually did. Yes, he already knew how she felt, and yet it still came as a shock to actually hear it again. And yet he still couldn't understand why. He couldn't understand why the hell anyone would ever love him, of all people. He wasn't exactly nice, and he'd spent a lot of his life acting as if he was better than everyone just because, well, he was. Duh. Moving closer to Skylar, he looked up at her curiously, admittedly now more confused than upset. "And I don't understand why," he finally responded, hoping she knew what he was responding to. Sometimes he felt like Sky actually forgot he was a werewolf, not that he was complaining, it often made his life easier.

Werewolf hearing. Duh. Skylar sometimes forgot that Jasper was a werewolf, especially at times like this when there was so much more running around in her mind. But Skylar was now faced with a question. Why did she love Jasper? They'd known each other forever, so it seemed natural, but she'd never actually put a whole lot of thought into the reasoning behind her feelings. She just felt what she felt and never needed to explain it. "Because I just do," she said. "I can't explain it, and I don't want to try because I don't want to try to tell myself that my feelings are wrong. All I know is that I'm in love with you and no matter what you do or say, I'm not going anywhere, alright?" Sky felt as if Jasper was trying to push her away, but she wasn't going to let him. Especially not right now, when he seemingly needed her most.

Blake almost pulled away, emphasis on the almost. Whilst he was very much aware of the fact that his hand was pressed against Braydon's crotch, he was also very aware that he had done worse things with the guy, and that a hand on the crotch really did mean that much. Unless - was Braydon already on the verge of? Jesus christ, the poor kid was turned on easily. Oh well, it's not like Blake was about to complain, running his finger down the material gently before pressing a long kiss to against Braydon's neck, the hand that wasn't dealing with the downstairs area now lifting to play with Braydon's hair, fingers brushing through is teasingly. Cuddling was definitely on the cards, it seemed, even if Nate was still sat in the driver's seat.

Braydon clawed Blake's stomach and tried to hold back a moan but it didn't work out That and a small sound of a moan came off his lips. He closed his eye sand then began to kiss Blake his own hand going to Blake's crotch.

Once both boys were in the car, Nate just started driving to Braydon's house without a word. It was all well and good until Nate heard a moan from the back seat. He glanced into his rear view mirror to see Blake and Braydon all over each other. He suddenly felt extremely uncomfortable, unsure of what he was supposed to do in the situation. He stayed quiet for now, only because he thought it would be more awkward to say something.

Blake probably would've just gone along with Braydon's actions, admittedly more than a little turned on by the hand on his crotch and the lips that.. Well, they weren't exactly staying on one place for Blake to really say where, but the moan had pulled him back to reality, even if it was only for a minute or two; it was long enough for him to realise how awkward Nate was right now. The pair of them were practically fucking, and Nate was the only probably the only person in the world that was too awkward to say anything about it, even if it was in the back of his car. Pulling away from Braydon for a minute, he watched Nate's driving carefully, suddenly all too aware of what was going on around him, and the fact that the last time he'd been high and in a car, he'd almost died. But Nate was a safe driver, right? He wasn't Mason - they weren't going to die...
"How long until we get there?" Blake finally asked, anxiety almost threatening to grip him, even if he fact Braydon was still all over him (something he was very glad about, even if he was fairly positive it was only because he was drunk and bored).

"Soon," he said, relieved that Blake seemed to be done with whatever it was that they were doing, at least for now. "Just be patient." In reality, they weren't extremely close to Braydon's house considering it was a thirty minute drive from Trick's place to his, but soon seemed like a relative enough term. Biting his lip slightly, he just kept driving and staring forward, honestly afraid to look back.

Braydon continued to kiss Blake's neck and paw at his crotch. He couldn't help but be turned on the alcohol took complete affect on him. He couldn't stop what he was doing unless he was threatened no cuddling later then maybe he'd stop...maybe.

"And that's what I don't understand," Jasper replied, biting his lip as he ran his fingers through his hair, trying to figure out exactly how he could articulate what he meant. It was slowly dawning on him that what he was feeling wasn't actually guilt - it was confusion. He didn't feel guilty for doing anything, not even over Sky's dad, or even his own. He didn't feel like a bad person, and he definitely didn't feel like shit just because he killed someone, or any of the other shit he'd pulled. What he did feel, however, was confused, because he didn't understand how anyone could even be attracted to someone that felt nothing about so much.
"Because," Jasper finally decided to explain what he meant, standing up and moving to wrap his arms around her waist and pull her closer. He ran his finger down her cheek slowly, small smile pulling at the edge of his lips before he lazily brushed a strand of hair away from her neck, accompanying it with the words, "because I could snap your neck right now and you wouldn't be able to stop me." His finger moved to press against her neck. "I could shift and slit your neck with my finger." His finger dropped to press against her chest, pointing carefully at where the heart would be. "If I really wanted to, I could rip out the heart that you claim to love me with, and not feel a single drop of guilt for it as long as I thought it was necessary." There was a pause, and Jasper's smile dropped completley. "But I don't, because you're convenient and, hell, I actually kind of like you." With that, he pulled back from her again and turned away, back now facing Sky as he stared blankly at the garden in front of him, honestly not sure what he was even looking at.

Skylar's breath hitched as Jasper came close to her. She was positive that he could hear her heartbeat, as it was practically forcing it's way out of her chest. This was probably the most serious conversation the two of them had ever had before, and it was almost terrifying for Skylar. Her fear wasn't of Jasper, though, it was of what this conversation meant. What was he getting at? Did he want her to leave him and just give up? She knew that it would be impossible for her to do so, even if she was risking her own life in the process. Jasper was the only person that she'd ever truly cared about other than her mother, and she wasn't going to give that up for anything.
"I think," she said, choosing each word she said carefully. "That you're wrong. I think you're lying to yourself...because you're afraid to let anyone in. And I get that, but you can't push everyone who cares about you away because you're afraid that you might care about them too." She walked up behind him and placed a shaking hand on Jasper's shoulder. She was hesitant, afraid of doing or saying something wrong. "I'm not saying that you care about me, but I know that someone must matter to you. There's someone out there that you can't just kill without dying inside yourself." Was Skylar actually right? Who knew. But she refused to think that Jasper was the murderous almost psychopathic person that he believed himself to be.

Skylar was nervous, he could tell from the way she shook slightly as she touched him and the way her heart was beating just a little too fast, not that he was planning on bringing it up. Besides, he didn't even know why she was nervous, because he highly doubted it was because she was actually scared of him. She already knew that he'd never intentionally hurt her, and she wasn't wrong about that, as most of the things Jasper did weren't ever to hurt people; in fact, they were usually to protect them. The truth of the matter was that Jasper actually loved caring about people, it, but that still didn't mean he wouldn't kill them without a second thought if he thought he had to. Everyone was expendable, in one way or another. After a few minutes of staring blankly at the bottom of the garden, Jasper finally remembered to actually reply to Skylar, just about managing to keep a mess of words from spilling out of his mouth.
"And if there isn't?" he asked quietly, brushing her hand of his shoulder as he turned to look at her again, a hint of fear in his eyes as he spoke. There was a pause, and Jasper took a shaky breath, eyes glowsing slightly red before he added, "what if I'm just a monster?" Deep down, that's what he was truly scared of, not that he'd ever even dared to think it until now. The initial thought even threatened to petrify him, and he had to swallow the lump in his throat to even breath... He hadn't even realised he was crying until that point, spots of tears painting his cheeks as he took a shaky step away from Skylar, almost choking on his own words as he finally added, "I'm so fucking scared, Skylar, and that's the only thing keeping me human. Fear is the only anchor I have."
